About the function

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects leading product development from concept to execution You will develop a roadmap for a portfolio of products, including power modules, lithium technologies, temperature control, modular data centers, and data center infrastructure management.

The role involves identifying opportunities through market analysis and strengthening both customer and partner relationships. Additionally, you will work closely with frontline teams to ensure commercial strategies are executed effectively. The company values co-creation, as it drives innovation and cutting-edge solutions.

Main criteria

• You have over 10 years of experience across different companies, making you a senior expert in power modules, critical power supplies, and data center infrastructure management.
• You have the ability to critically assess local opportunities and adapt to industry changes and evolving local policies.
• Your diverse background brings cross-disciplinary knowledge to the team, allowing you to approach opportunities from multiple perspectives.
• Your experience in the field preferably includes hands-on work in local data center projects.
