About the function

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Product Manager to join their Digital Power team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of their solutions for the European market. You will leverage advanced technologies to enhance energy efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

To enhance competitiveness in this market, they want to strengthen partnerships with local governments and energy providers, localize its offerings to meet regional regulations and consumer preferences, invest in research and development for continuous innovation, and focus marketing efforts on highlighting the sustainability and reliability of its solutions. By capitalizing on these strengths and addressing market demands, the electrical vehicle charging solution can significantly improve the European EVCI landscape.

Main criteria

  • You have a BSc / MSc degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, computer, electronics or related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of electric vehicle charging related work experience, including charging pile system design, software and hardware development, product planning, etc.
  • Knowledge of DC charging pile system design, led at least one product or solution system architecture design and successfully launched a product or solution.
  • In-depth understanding of the working principle of DC charging pile, familiar with the hardware design of DC charging pile.
  • Understanding of the technology evolution, such as optical storage, V2G, MCS
  • Familiar with the European charging pile industry standard system.

The procedure

After an interview at Badenoch + Clark, three interviews will follow at client’s side. A business case can be part of the procedure.
