Ingrid Steffensrud
Ingrid holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, with specialization in work and organizational psychology from NTNU and a master's degree in learning, brain and behavior from NTNU. With her degree, Ingrid has developed analytical skills and an evidence-based approach to solve issues regarding work-related issues.
During her studies, she has been a scientific research assistant at NTNU and had an internship in the digital department for customer services at VY-Gruppen.
Today, Ingrid is part of the Business Support team in Badenoch + Clark where she works with research and handling recruitment processes, bid management and other internal projects.
